[Crack]
1. Run the original LaunchGTAIV.exe to pass the release date check, be connected to internet.
2. Now copy the crack (LaunchGTAIV.exe I provided) to the GTA IV installation folder.
3. Disconnect from the internet.
4. Copy the cracked paul.dll into game root folder.
5. Run LaunchGTAIV.exe (one you've replaced, the cracked one).
6. Now Social club launches asking u to sign in.
7. Start social club in offline mode.
8. The game launches.

In order to save your progress, you must have games for windows live installed.
When you start the game and start to play, the game says that you are not logged in, in order to save your progress. Press ENTER to agree, that you want to login.
Then at top corner of screen appears a games for windows live tab, where you can create an offline profile and then you can save your progress.
1) Copy the paul.dll, gtaiv.exe and Launchgtaiv.exe in your mainfolder
2) Copy the paul.dll also in your “Offlineactivation”-Folder
3) Open gtaiv.exe and accept the rockstar Terms of Use.
4) Play the game
